Most DSMs do not spray at all, most of them are about going as fast as possable BOOST only..
DSMs ARE NOT RICERS and they are by no means slow, you shouldnt be shocked to see fast ones...
There all over the place in the midwest.......
Fbodies around here dont look down at them, they are a car to watch out for

and Hooking at 80mph? my friend's vette runs 9.3's and I've never heard him complain about traction at 80mph, I think you're safe

He definitely had a huge turbo... i have very very loud exhaust and all I could hear was his turbo spooling the entire time over my extremely loud exhaust!
All I can say is damn! That had to be a high 10 second car! For an import I give him props! I wish I had my other TA... has spray on it and about 440 to the wheel without the 75 shot... then that would have been a good race.....! But give him props... especially for an Eclipse!

Are you from GA or TN? I know a guy with a red eclipse with a turbo and the guy's nick name is turbo. I rode in his badass eclipse once and he doesn't have much for you on take off but once he's rolling....... He blows the tires off.......

I'm curious as to where your 12.5-12.7 figure came from for your car? Just guessing? Seems to me like a lot of people highly overestimate their car's quarter mile ET. I'm guessing you were a low 13s and he was a mid 12s car. And hooking at 80...I have that same issue. I usually only roll race from 100 because of my traction issues

Yes it can. I have an SS m6 and I've got a buddy with a 4cyl eclipse. The thing is the engine is fully BUILT! On top of that he has a turbo. I rode in the car and he roasted the tires while we were doing 80-100mph by just laying into the pedal. He did not stomp it! That was the craziest car I've ever been in and also the fastest! He had the REAL fast and the furious. Just imagine a front wheel drive eclipse version of a highly modded supra.

why is it anytime a v8 guy loses to an import theres a huge scene made on the post?? its something i would expect from some high school kid in his fart canned honda pos that runs 17's. why cant you just let it go, its not like it happens all the time. so just because this site is based for the lsx means that no one with an import can be here? wtf??????
