racing and red lights

racing and red lights Okay here's the thing, it seems like every time we're in the bird and pull up to a red light the only kind of cars that pull up beside is a minivan or a chevett, well today since it had snowed we had to take our 97 chevy cheyenne with a 8inch lift out, really slooow, pull up at the red light and wouldn't you know it a ricer pulls up messing with us!! The truck is big not fast!! Has this every happened to any of you guys?
but whenever Im in the beater, I always line up against stangs, vettes, ricers, etc.

I can never catch a race, but I was forced to turn down two within 12 hrs this week because people wanted to race on the snow nd ice covered roads when it was like 5 degrtees. On the way home from school some kid in an srt-4 was pacing me, I shook my head no and he took off. On the way to school the next morning a big guy in some riced out mini coop was trying to race me, and I had to just let them go. Now these kids are going to there friends talking about how they beasted a Z28.
