ya that would have been a diffrent race with a 6 speed! Im not saying the gto would have won but it would have been alot closer especially going from a roll . Stock stalled autos are not to impressive from a roll!

They might be a bit faster in the 1/4 becouse of traction and are more consistant with street tires with ordinary drivers. But on a roll and both are stock the 6 speed will win vs the auto almsot every time if the guy in the 6speed knows how to drive!

I dont think it should have been even hell that Goat weighs more than the mustang. Im glad to see im not the only one on this site with a small bore motor. Im refering to the guy with the wagon with the 307 in it hell he still has two more cubic inches than i do.
