If you need race gas to make power, thats not a street car.

There's alot of cars out there running race gas on a daily basis. Its called E85. Not to mention I have 2 pumps within 3 miles of my house selling 100 octane unleaded. My car hasnt seen 91 octane in ages, does that make it a track only car then?

You run what you brung - if its not enough come back with more. Otherwise dont bitch if you arent willing to do what it takes to win and the other guy is.

Screw race gas, meth/alcohol or even water injection is the way to go. The Buick guys have been doing it for a decade with great results, and now with kits being only $500 that come with failsafes, its a great option since you get to run pump gas and dont have to worry about your motor.

That means 100 octane is pump gas to you, more power to ya. I've never even seen more than 93 octane at a pump, but I'd run 100 if it was available.

If a guy can run race gas all the time, and never have to tell people "oh I wasn't at full boost, pump gas only" as an excuse, that's awesome. It's the people who like to crack off big numbers one time, then claim it as how they run, when 97% of the time it wouldn't run that number again going downhill with a tailwind.

Kooks Y pipe, no cats through borla adjustable catback with a dynomax bullet on the I pipe. (borla wide open) I close the cutout when I want it quiet cause then it goes through both mufflers.

Seriously. It's loud enough through just the bullet. When I took off the bullet and had the borla open, I was giving old ladies heart attacks two towns away at WOT. I thought my 346 h/c was loud open... HA.

Thats why you lost. Not because you were "low on boost dawg"
