If it had dual exhaust it might of have been a V-twin bike. The only current bike on the market with dual exhause that is new is the gixxer 1000 and it would of have walked you had it been that one.

Unless you can get more info or find a pic on the web there is no way to tell what you ran.

Actually Kawasaki does make a 500cc Ninja "sport bike". I just bought a brand new one to learn to ride on.

I agree it must of been a older model or a 250 cause I have raced 02 and up 600's and I had no chance out of the hole is about it.

I'm into both cars and sportbikes...it was either a mid 90's 600 as mentioned or a "ninja" 500/250. If it was anything bigger than a 600 then the guy couldn't ride for ****. The katanas are POS's too so it could've been an older one of those. With your mods you stand no chance against a late 90's to current model 600 or above.

I own a Kawasaki and its is my third one, i dont know if I would ever call the Ninja 500 a "sportbike". I mean it is a paralelle twin making maybe 65 hp.

The entry lever 600 that Kawasaki makes is the ZZR600, it was the old ZX6R from 2000-02. Even those are rated at 110 hp at the motor.

Thats what I thought to when I bought my 01 honda cbr 600F4I. I had it for about four months and went with an 05 R1. Then I let my buddy ride it and he ran it off the highway doing about a buck 10. and Totaled it. So after that I gave up on bikes, and started playing with LS1's.

My thoughts are get a size bigger than what you think, cause you will not be happy with the one you think is right for you.

Newer 600s trap mid high 120s fwiw, it had to be older, less than 600cc or maybe even the guy weighed >300 lbs??
It takes a lot to beat a bike...I'm talking the newer ones of course.

Well I've rode it around a little bit and I like it so far seems to have good power for what it is.

+1 on LS1's I've had a couple LS1 f-bodies (a 2002 SS and a 98 T/A). Currently I'm in a 2000 C5 6spd. Although, it seems the electrical systems on the vettes are **** or at least in my case. Still very fun to drive though. Sadly I am forced to sell it cause I can't really afford to keep fixing little things that keep tearing up on it. I will prob get back into a Camaro, I didn't have any issues with the 02.

I raced a dude on the highway a few weeks back, I New he was going to slaughter me, but it was just for fun, and I wanted to see how fast he left me in his dust, But he was riding a new 750 GSXR. It was worked on a little, he had it lowered about two inches, and had full exhaust done to it with a remaped fuel system. That thing would scream. Made me look like I was in a Golf Cart. lol
