hadnt been able to make it to the track, but it does have the gas on it now. its got 50 jets in it but i ran a 50 shot earlier on a pull with a 06 spec-v and a 97 GT and didnt get **** accomplished due to tire spin....i pulled on the sentra, but the GT didnt give me much of a chance to race...he kept hitting the f*cking brakes, sooo im going to throw 75 jets in before next wednesday...but ill let you know how the beeotch runs. ill post some videos when i get my camera fixed, the lens has been a jew lately

This is the funniest thread I've read to date. You got tears in my eyes BD. THATS how funny I think this is.
Classic quote of the moment.
I love that one. You had people looking at me funny as I wiped tears from my eyes.
Keep this updated, I love this thread.

It's not that I'm doubting what you are saying, but I know a guy that had a SOHC '97 Neon 5spd coupe, with a few very cheap/effective mods (PCM off a stock Caravan for one, I believe) that ran a 15.5 @ 89mph, and people were calling b.s. on him left and right for the time AND trapspeed. 88mph is the fastest I've seen/heard for a stock SOHC, so I'm sure you can understand how 93mph for a stock one is confusing...

Yes... but there's unbelievably slow compared to tracks with good DAs, and unbelievably fast compared to tracks with good DAs. The former happens WAY more than the latter. I'm thinking that there was a reason he found the Neon where he found it, because I'm not necessarily saying it's IMPOSSIBLE for a stock SOHC Neon to trap 93mph... just that it's 5mph faster than any other time I've seen or heard, and that's awfully rare.

so what makes you the grand wizard of near stock neon trap speeds? unless you have been around the country to every track and seen every possible cobination of drivers and track conditions then you can't be sure.
