$ 200 daily strikes again on a V6 Camaro..i felt bad i felt bad but i did it, and recorded it... he kept getting beside me and nailing it, so i waited, instigated, and when he hit it i dumped the clutch at 30 and did it the right way...except i got half a fly by after i let off...haha. i win
btw. the daily is a 96 purple neon 2.0 for those who havent seen it read thread ( $200 daily owned a crx )... heres the vid...

its a little hard to initiate a race with a guy that drives a V6 camaro, he kept punching it so i turned the camera on and the next time he did, i punched it, he stayed on it the entire time until i let out, then he got pissed and stared me down...i enjoyed it

i was talking to a guy last nigh who has a 2.0 neon lke the one you have, his is running an srt-4 turbo and is pushing 255 to the wheels on 15lbs. of boost. thought you might be interested.

He probably got on it a little bit, but he didn't race you.
One of my first cars was a 1991 Nissan 240SX SE. 2200 lb dry weight, 5 Speed, RWD, 155 bhp/160 btq. STOCK 2.4L DOHC
I lined up with a friends 98 3800 Camaro and after 2nd gear he started pulling on me.
Now I know for a fact that little 240 would eat any Neon 2.0.
That 3800 didn't punch it I guarantee you, or you would have seen it dissapear into the horizon. If youre 2.0 Neon is stock, you don't have a chance against a 240, therefore you would get destroyed by a 3800 Camaro.
That vid is terrible, its shows nothing. Just my .02
If I had a 3800 Camaro, and someone in a stock Neon pulled next to me, I wouldn't race him either....maybe play some, get on it a little, but I certainly wouldnt floor my car.

LOL thats what i was thinkin....I never got beat by a neon way back when i was stock
video sucked. That whole time i was watching it i was like whens that camaro gonna floor it?? I will tell you right now, he didnt get on the gas and hold it and i wouldnt have either...at these gas prices its not worth it

that was on the motor, regardless of what you guys thought about it, i got a kick out of it...im sure i could find someone with a 3.8 camaro to run officially to settle some disputes, but i dont really know how many people race 6 bangers, its kinda gay...its like racing a 2.0 neon, but heavier..haha j/k it was fun for me, and thats all that matters...weds. ill have a spray video at the track, shooting for 14's w/ a 75 shot and stock tune, maybe a blown motor so i can rid of this **** and buy a truck
