So i was rollin down the highway when i see a Porsche come up fast behind me. well he gets up beside me and we are rollin bout 70 when i hear the porsche wind up and take off well i stomp it and get 1 1/2 cars on him before a truck in my lane slowed me. then i cut in front of the porsche and got to a clear area well at this time he does a ricer type fly by so i go for it figurig ill catch up or not catch up. well i caught him by 120-130 and passed him. we exhanged thumbs ups and went on our ways. good day so far.

Pretty soon, some porche nutswinger will tell you how that car will hand your *** to you if you race around a light pole at the local mart! Good kill!!

 

I ran a newer Carrera from 65-120 and had him by a little more than a car so sounds good.

i had one of those race me from a 90mph roll in my juiced 2001 a4 v6 vert. i was just cruising with the top down, so i was hesitant at first.

he ended up taking me by an easy 3-4 carlengths...

thing is, i pulled strong (barely keeping up along side him with a 75 dry shot) until i let off the nitrous a couple hundred rpm before the 3-4 shift.. then he pulled close to 2 carlengths and he let off once he destroyed me by the 3-4 lengths when my bottle pressure dropped.

i removed the speed limiter with hptuners and actually tuned the timing for the shot earlier, but i wasn't logging during the impromptu race. i know we at least got up past 125. the only other mods i had on the car was a factory upgraded muffler, minor hptuners adjustments (fan settings, !egr, !cat-over-temp-protection, !torquemanagement, increased shift speeds) and fra with a lid.
