I raced an older vette a while ago and one of my idlers broke in half and my belt got chewed up by the blower. Even after I beat the vette he stopped and gave me some tools so I can cut the belt that was stuck. I went home really slow on alternator only and was like 5 min away from home. Awesome vette owner

thats really messes up about the guy not stoppin, i have alotta friends with ls1s and one night i broke down on 575, and they helped me push my car almost a mile, i drive a mustang they drive vette, camaro, and trans am. its just commen courtesy. since then one of them broke their driveshaft and i had to pick them up. you always get back what you give. sooo. goodluck with that
