My first kill and boy was it a great one, i was driving down the highway minding my own business, when a bright yellow evo come up and revs on me, i let it go until we get a clear opening on a 4 lane highway, he takes off on the 2nd honk so i let it go and didnt bother trying to catch him, we line up again and i let him honk, so the 3rd honk comes around from about 55mph i drop it into 2nd and letter rip, i right off the block jump him 2 cars about 125 we shut it down and i have about 2.5 to 3 cars, nice guy he gives me the thumbs up, i pull off at the wendys and talk to the guy, he tells me my t/a sounds tough as hell, he said he was running 12 psi, and it was his first defeat, i was so happy my clutch foot was shaking after the race. Great start for me

Thats weird he was running only 12psi because stock they run between 17-20 psi depending on the year. Just speculating but it sounds like he was just running off the actuator.

 

I forgot to add that , i asked him, cause i thought stock they were 15-17 and he really didnt know how to answer and his buddy said oh its mine and he was running of the actuator

thanks guys, yea im pretty skeptical as to weather or not he was telling the truth, but hey i dont think it woulda beeen a closer race even if it was running 17-19, i somehow forgot to tell the guy i got a 100 shot just a press of the button away , hahaha i was actually upset i didnt get to try her out

Well I doubt if he was only running 12lbs becaue the difference would have been huge. Your looking at close to a 80-90whp loss over stock. If he was only running 12lbs and he kept up that well then holy hell he would be fast at full boost.
