I believe anyone that cuts you off or pulls in front of you and doesn;t do that little hand gesture wave thing.. you should be allowed to pull up behind them, get up into them and bump draft them into a wall.
Hehe Im sure I heard something similar on one of the 3 blue collar comedy things.

I've only seen it happen once, but some dumb *** wasn't looking and switched lanes on a bike. The biker got on the edge of the lane and punched it. Barely got away. I got pissed and made it a point to own the car driver for a few miles, and even altered my route.

MAN WAS THAT FUC--NG COOL!!! 2 kids pulled up to me at a light tonight and started laughing at me as they were reving there oversized weed wackers with tires. when the light turned green they pulled on me a little because I dont heve the greatest of traction. by the end of 2nd I was back even with them and hooking up finally. when I got into third GOOD NIGHT MOTHER FU--ERS. I pulled past them so damn fast I thought they hit the brakes. I took it till I maxed out 4th at almost 140 and decided that was fast enough for where I was. after I slowed down they waved me over and asked what the hell I did to my car and said that was the first car that was ever close to them let alone beating them. thenthey took me down the street and bought me a dring and we played some pool. that was a good night.
