Thats freakin awesome!

"My car cost 12 tmes as much" LOL!

Just more proof that stupid people have money too. At least he has an inkling of how stupid his purchase was now.

Sidenote. I think I hate the Crossfire more than any other car. Its crappy outdated Mercedes hardware, dressed up to look American. Its expensive, ugly, slow, gets bad mileage, has no practical use, and generally sucks. My Moms Jeep Liberty has the same engine. It chugs fuel and its a dog. No ***** at all below about 4K. Thats damn sad considering the quality of V6s out here now in that displacement range. Hell your basic duratec kicks its ***. And a bas Mustang looks better for maybe 10K less at least.

Sweet kill.

yeah they are slow, my sister was looking at buying one awhile back, they have an SRT-6 version with a supercharger supposedly puts down 330hp and runs mid to low 13's stock, but it's just like buying a neon srt 4 no matter how much you polish a turd it's still a turd, she got a RX-8 pretty fun car not super fast though , first rotary car I've driven it accelerates really smooth not like the pushrod I drive. sorry for the

guy in the crossfire sounds and you just butt hurt him, nice kill

BigRon77, The concept you are thinking of is called the Firepower! It is a great concept but don't think it will ever make it to the public.

That's it! Was a good concept, but you're right, probably never see production.

Oh well, you'll just have to be happy killing Misfires.

Talk trash? No. Just speaking my thoughts. You have your opinion and I have mine. Neither is necessarily right or wrong. Simple really. Don't get all defensive.

I was just a little taken aback that a "mustang guy" would have that opinion of a crossfire. You don't enjoy wearing women's underwear do you?

Nice kill on the miss fire. Sounds like the guy was a dick, but aren't a lot of people in brand new cars always acting like that? They get all cocky cuz they just spent all their life savings on a car thats slower then a civic.

By the way, it fits in perfecly how you gave him the bird while racing him in your fireBIRD Good stuff man

Typical for a Crossfire driver, at least from what I have seen around here.

The SRT6 models are pretty quick but the regular ones are slow as hell, yet the guys driving them think they are fast.

I'm not a "Mustang guy." Far from it. I think that most Mustangs are garbage, actually. Hell, just ask Justin00SS (or whatever his name is on here)... we're on another Mustang board together, and he can definitely tell you that I'm not an overall Mustang fan. I admit we don't always agree, but we both know that we base our opinions off of experience, and not just hearsay. Before I bought my Mustang I drove a 5spd Crossfire (non-SRT), and while it was definitely slower than I would like, I definitely would have picked it over say, an RSX or something like that.

Ok. My bad. Your not a mustang guy. I base my opinions off what I see, my tastes and my experience too. We're just different...that's what makes the world a less boring place.

How you liking that garbage in your sig?

"most Mustangs are garbage" . I happen to like mine, because it's not plagued with chronic understeer like a stock GT would be, it has *decent* power (not as much as I would have liked, but that's what modding is for), and it doesn't blend in with the crowd. The previous owner did very tasteful and effective modifications, and I just enjoy driving it

Man you sure are a cocky little piece of ****, aren't you? I have intake/headers/exhaust... everything else in my signature is either suspension or appearance

Edit: And FWIW, I equaled your 1/8 mile trapspeed my first time at the track, in the middle of the summer, when my car was only making 247/270 because of massive exhaust leaks. And I was only .1 away from your best time. If you're trapping less than 100mph in an LS1, refrain from talking ****
