IMO, stock VR-4 vs Stock TT Supra is a driver's race. I've seen some VR-4s running wickedly "low" 60' times thus not allowing the Supra to catch up. High 13s, low 14s is about right...

Wow the stock TT supra's were much faster than My 94 Z28 that had intake exhaust work on it. And I was faster than the vr-4s I ran into back in the day

Shrugs.

But on the street anything can go ") But I had alot of respect for those damn supras.

Though the vr4 was one of the dead sexiest cars on the road, till the ls1 TA's came out

Thats on street tires maybe and only because of the AWD. Supras have bigger turbos stock, bigger fuel injectors stock, they run more boost stock and are able to hold that boost to redline. In addition to the fact that they are lighter also. My autos ran 13.2 to 13.4 stock. My 6 spd ran 13.6 stock.

The MKIV Toyota Supra was the fastest widely produced Japanese import here during its time available.
