I was riding with a friend of mine down to Stangfest here in Daytona ( hoping to find a stang to run ) and on the way we ran into this EVO. What caught our eye first was the liscense plate "pawndu" IIRC. Anyway they were from out of state and coming down to pick up a 98 TA. The passenger is a member of the boards and owns a C5 Z06.

Nice run. BTW I think I have that same 55 gal fish tank with a large mouth bass in it.

 

Its a 75 gal actually. I had some big fish in there but got rid of them for these smaller ones.

How much do they put down? A H/C LS1 with a 150 shot is gonna put close to 600 to the rear wheels.

Yes they were racing. We pulled over and talked to them afterwards and if you notice they are videotaping as well. Hopefully they find this and can comment. By the way, it was not my car.

 

I actually was going to do the same thing you did, but when I went to catch the bass I wasnt as fortunate as you. I only caught some brim. Brought one home that was 8-9 inches and kept him for a couple months, then he started eating everything in the tank.
Anyway pretty cool, and I might still go that route.

if you run the same setup on the street that produced the times in your sig then something is deff up. Not saying its your car or you're not telling the truth, just that something isn't right.

I have an EVO w/a 35r, on pump gas with only 22psi I was trapping 118-119 and thats about as little power as I can make, it only goes up from there. He either must have been lying about his turbo or the worlds worst driver to let you pull him like that.
