My girlfriend and I were heading to get some thing to eat after her softball game and this damn jeep kept messing with me... I thought that it was just one of the new limited jeeps or some thing till we come to the next light... I look over at it and notice the rims, so i let it go past me to check for the badge and sure enough its a SRT8... I really didnt want to go but the dick head just wouldn't stop and the girlfriend was telling me to hand him his *** so i put her in 2 and let him take off first and then gave her all she had... I stoped counting car lengths after two head lights turned into one be the middle of third lol... It was from a 20 roll but i wish i could have went from a dig with it just to see how fast they are off the line...

Good kill, they are pretty quick off the line. A coworker of mine has one and we messed around from a dig and he got me (in the Z06) off the line, but after 1st gear I went by him pretty good.

Do you have track times? Those cars run low 13's with close to 110mph traps.

i have no idea what i run of what i put to the wheels... The car doesnt seem to like it when i want to take her to the track..... Out of 5 times i've tried to take her she was only ran twice when she was stock lol... the other three times the ignition moduel went out, the opti went out and the best one was when i actually made it to the track and the fuel pressure regulator gave out four cars back from racing lol...

13s are possible but 110 traps is bullshit, its a heavy *** suv. SRT-8 chargers dont even trap 110.

SRT-8 Chargers and 300Cs do trap at 110mph quite often under ideal conditions.

Jeep SRT-8s run low 13s no matter what but due to gearing, AWD and weight trap 103-105mph.

I run 12.5 @107 and am running stock intake/heads, exhaust (including manifolds).. 12.6 @106 on stock tires... I know of a few SRT8 GC's that run 12.5-12.7 with just kooks LT's and CAI.. have also seen them run 12.8-13.2 bonestock. you must have a nice low-mid 12 second ride...

edit* i have a problem with the "stopped counting car lengths" comment.. BS if that was an SRT8..

They don't average 107+ traps. On good day yes they're capable but the majority of the time NO.

I wouldn't say quite often unless your up there at ATCO. I know people with Charger/300/Magnum SRT-8's and yeah they will trap 107+ on a good day but they won't AVERAGE that.

sorry to doubt that an LT1 with HC, etc could demolish an SRT8, didn't realize they were picking up almost 2 full seconds with that amount of mods... stuck in the truck world i guess, where most times HC nets you about a second gained...
