right because that's realistic. my brother has a built 302 in his little notch (albeit 2800lbs) and he pulls on me pretty hard. i can only imagine how it will move when he does in fact build a 351 for his car.

Oh yeah,depending on your taste in driveability 3200-3800 stalls should be good for street manners.

this is the thread i started and i've found out a lot more about stalls after using the search bar....and i was expecting around 800, but I guess 1,000 isn't too horrible. However I still need a tranny cooler. The thread kinda explains it better.
