Back to the Stang, who knows maybe he seen a cop in the parking lot earlier and thought he was still there. Seriously what I find funny is how everyone says Mustangs make excuses, you know how many excuses I have heard from F-Body's? Its EVERYONE!! that maks excuses. Lol, cant we all just get along
By the way...I was cruising in my Terminator Tuesday night. Not much happening. One kid in a Cobalt SS gave me a rev, laughed and then changed lanes and went the other direction. I finally pulled up to a light next to an 03/04 GT with a loud whistle under the hood. He gave me props at the light, yelled "Vortech" (we were behind traffic) and claimed to run 11s on DRs. I Hollered "turbo" to him. He then waved to me to hit the interstate. I followed and when traffic cleared, I heard the guy hit it as I pulled to his rear bumper. I was surprised how well that S/C 2v ran (as I went by him). Certainly well enough to take most nearly stock or bolt-on Terminators or LS1 F-Bods. My point is, you never know what you might run in to.

And I agree that the guy in the Stang might have seen a cop there earlier and just didn't want to chance it. I certainly wouldn't blame him if that were the case.
When I first got married and started a family I was only making $8 an hour so I have felt your pain. But like unit213 said, if you work hard things have a way of working out and financial situations improve.

Maybe its just me but I never get lame excuses from mustangs (or thier owners) Maybe its just the croud a roll around with. No matter what stang, wether is be a bone stock fox or a 800 rwhp cobra, they will all give me a run just for fun.
