I have a ricer acquintance that tried to tell people that he took down a Lambo Guillardo (sp?) with his Integra. The Lambo was just f-ing with him, throttling then letting off. Maybe that could have happened here.

 

I don't know guy's iv'e beat 2 cobra's before, first i had him by half a car and second he had me all the way up to 120 thats when i started to pull away but even thow it was a long race i still beat him, he only had me by half a car lenght the whole time. But i have been beat by one cobra to and i mean beat bad man, atlest 12 car lenght.

But yah a viper, hmmm, o well dude maybe you did or maybe the guy was toying with you man. i say impossible even if it was a kid driving it. Or you have more **** on your car that you don't know of like my friend, he has more then he knows, its kinda funny when he ends up racing people with the same **** and he owns them..

that aint ****, I told a modded 04 cobra I unpluged 2 sparks and was going to give him a 2 car head start and beat him by 2 bus lengths. Vipers arent ****, I unplug 4 sparks on him and turn my v-tech on because I have four cylinders working and thats where the real power is at on an ls1. V-tech for life.

lol never, never, Now my counsins 94 ta full suspension, 6 speed, i built dynoed at 440rwhp, and me driving his car pulled a bit on his 03 viper gts, theres no way you could pull on a viper, total bs.

I might get banned for saying this but scew it. there are a lot of *** holes on this site. the site it self is great, but it may seem that this site is very "clicky" and if you not in the in crowd, no one respones to your theards or if they do they flame on you. anyway, maybe the guy thought it was a new viper but was an old one with wheels or something, as said befor some people just can not drive their cars. I am sill thinking bs on the viper, but hey an old one+crapy driver it could happen. and I don't care what some people say 03 04 cobra's are over rated (although still very nice),I gave one a hell of a run in my 427 blazer, but I am sure someone will call bs on that too, and yes I know my cars it was a ture cobra, I talked to the guy after that for a while. just my .02

Everybody has a Cobra story, myself included. 30% of them are probably true. Yes they are very overrated, who would ever want to bolt on a $4k blower and make 600+rwhp? 10 sec DD that can be driven anywhere? Thats stupid.

i beat a stock one, convertible. cobra that is. i don't even have an lsx, and i'm also gonna have to say something doesn't add up.

First, you have to be very keen to tell the difference between the two Terminator years and all others. There isn't much distinguishing them as far as looks. The 99, 01, 02 Cobras were only ~320 at the crank.....big difference.
