Carrera 4 S I was on my way to work yesterday, it was a damn near perfect day so I had the tops off and windows down, perfect conditions for rolling up behind a new(er) Carrera 4S- right? I get on the freeway behind him and see him look in his rearview and then little puffs of smoke pop out of his pipes and off he goes, or so he thought 
There was a bit too much traffic at this point to line 'em up, but wait, lest I forget he's driving a Porsche and doesn't know how to even up the odds! So I tail him for a few and when traffic finally clears he punches it again and then moves over 
So from a 70+ roll I'm trying to chase him down but I couldn't do it 
I ran it up to 130 and was creeping up on him but with the tops off and his head start it wasn't going to happen. I shut it down and let him have his 30 seconds of glory. We caught up to traffic again as I was getting off and when I finally got next to him he was on his phone and just looked over with this **** eatin grin on his face. I waved him off and took it with a grain of salt.
I looked up those things and the '06's are packing 355hp, so I don't feel too bad about it, but if we could have lined them up his smile wouldn't have been quite so big at the end. Oh well, next time.

I was last year also racing a normal Carrera 997 (325HP RWD wich pulls allmost the same as the 4S at higher speeds because of his AWD) on the Autobahn. We start at 75 and go to 150 and i pull allmost a car on him in my stock A4 Formy 
I was also able to hung with him on Topspeed no problem 996/997 non GT or Turbo Carreras are always a good race for an stock -> bolt on F-Body. It is always fun to look in this priceless faces from their owners.

Thanks guys! Like I said, I'm not too mad about it, but the fact that I had to chase him down sucks. If he thought I didn't have a chance he should have lined up with me. But thats street racing I guess! Those thing do pull pretty hard up top though.

maybe in magazins but not in real life 
the 997 Carrera and 997 Carrera 4S has no chance to a C6 not even to a C5 Here by us the got smoked every day from the Vette The normal C6 can also hung with GT3 no problem
