2 solid 5s on the 1-10 scale and you got yourself a 10!!

A few things I noticed were weird on his list. I call BS now. You won't see the 10.7 slip. I'll eat crow if its true but until then flip him over, he's done.

I disagree...there are plenty of 4V (machs in particular) that have ripped out 4.10s to install 3.73s because of the FI. Anything above 3.73s leaves first gear virtually useless. And if the car is "MOSTLY" driven on teh street/highway, instead of the track....it makes 100% sense to go with 3.73s. MAYBE because the mach has more TQ and a better powerband to start with AND a higher First GEar ratio with the 3650...but I wouldn't say "In a mod?FI or not, not the best gear".

Thank you. You just proved to me you don't have all that **** done to your car. Ok asshat, what's your bore and stroke on your stroker motor? What's the CI? Incase you didn't know currently available to increase displacement by stroking a mod motor requires a NEW STROKER CRANK!!!!!!!

Oh and where's that timeslip?

3650- 3.37/3.36 1st gear ratio (can't remember which one)

T45- 3.37 1st gear ratio

ever driven a b-headed car with 3.73's? Might as well have 3.08's in it. I probably should of said for a cobra with our heads. When I finally put my novi on the car it will have at least 4.10's in it. Depending on how high I want to spin it. -Mark

I am not too familiar with the T45s so Ididn't want to make a blunt statement. I guess i could have worded myself better by saying......"I wouldn't include all 4V in that statement"....

By the way, Sick Sick mustang. I love those year stangs. That is mean looking.

no sir 115 would be a high 11, and maybe even a mid 11 in a A4 with a wicked launch. 109 is plenty to run a mid 12

i prefer 3:73's as my car is a dd and my car hooks a lot better on the bottle than my buddys procharged 03 gt with 4:10's. 3:73's in a fi car is the way to go unless you run a hard core suspension and taller tires.

I could see when the LS1's were newer and pretty much king of the streets but since the terminator I think the attitudes would be much less....When the LS1's 1st came out I couldnt even go on LS1.com the ego's were so bad

We're talking 4v here. We have an extra 1k of rpms to work with. But with 2V's and a blower I would agree 3.73. But that isn't the case here.
