No point calling BS on a story that's pretty much the standard. We s197's get walked on the top end all day when near stock vs LS1's. Good kill.

Well that was my 2nd copy, my original post was going to be...
" WTF there is no way freaking way you won!!! Ford for teh WIIINNNN!!!!! Mustangz are my life dawg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Freaking posting fake kill stories!!!!!LOZZEEERRR...."
...But someone said it before I could

...You should pull on the 'stang... you shouldn't pull on the vette, especially on the highway. But it's the street, so whatever happens, happens, I suppose.

Well no offense ..but I think I'm allowed to say this since I have been a ford guy except for my Jimmy I jsut bought and both my motorcycles...

But..It seems to me there ARE ALOT of mustang guys who seem to think 13s =11s.....and whatnot....They outruna Honda and they are god.....Thats why I hangout with the F-body guys in my area..they seem to not be douchebags..and they appreciate a fast car when they see one...

And I dont have to wait up for all the supercharged 2v cars with shitty drivers to catch up whenever I leave a stoplight...

ZING! Ouch....

They look kinda nice and they are kinda comfy...

They have a really really well designed suspension(for a live axle car)

But its more like a thunderbird now than a true pony car.....dumbass designers......They need to figure out how to make it lighter

If you're running 14s in an '05+ GT, then there is an underlying problem, whether it's with the car, the driver, or the conditions. But they most certainly are not "14s cars"

Edit: And I don't know how a 3450lb car is no longer a "pony car"

Meh...I'd rather put my own bumpers and what not on it and some black with polished lip deep dish 20" wheels. Along with some 15% tint. Oh yes....it would be my pimp ride!

I'll pass on the 20s....LOL. I prefer sleepers (and i thought you did too - LOL). That's why aside from teh pillar gauge, you'd never notice my car wasn't stock. Even then....the gauges could mean anything.

OOOPS..MAJOR Thread Hi jack. SOrry OP.

Oh I like sleepers too. Thats why I chose for the gauges in the clock pod instead of the pillar on my 95. Nothing like walking past someone 4 carlengths and having them go "What the hell just happened?!"

But the new GT would have to be pimped out! I love the way those look done up nicely. And I think with the big body the 20"s look good.
