To the haters, it's all good. I got nothing to hide. I posted track times, dyno sheet, exact detailed combo down to the tire size and video. I could have posted a video of me stretching this Cobra by 10 cars on the spray but that doesnt make for good threads.

I switched to a 3.73 gear from a 4.10 yesterday. I am going to see if I can get a rematch with the new gears. Not sure if it will help any but I think that I could hold him off a little better at the top of the run.
Weather permitting, I intend to spray it at the track Friday night now that I have enough gear. I'm sure that they will show me the door immediately thereafter.

+1. His car moves for sure. Super cool guy. The local Fords reffere to him as the one man pit crew (OMPC). He helps them out alot with repairs and maintenance, and there are alot of them.

Doesn't matter how it's made... power is power. And I'm sure with the right heads/cams setup, and a good forged rotating assembly, even a lowly 2V can make quite a bit of power. By anybody's standards.

How is that a stupid comment? It's not like it's any secret the the 2 valve is not ideal for a build and not the choice of most. I'm sure your granddaddy's uncle's brother's cousin has a shop built car that can beat him, but face it, there's not much out there.
