don't post it and save your friend the embarrasment. my brothers mach1 pulls modded ls1s all day long on motor (299). and that is from 40 rolls. it would only get worse from a dig. I am not saying thats going to happen everytime. my bro is the best driver I have ever seen and his mach1 runs better than any I have seen. he beat me by 5-6 from a dig and we should be close from a roll.

00silvergtp you keep changing the scenario, a FULL bolt on LS1 VS A 400HP mach1, that is the race, not 420 horse not 432, 400, it will not take a full bolt on ls1 by 10, i dont care what you think, you give ls1 tech a bad name my being a nut hugger, i respect power but not stupidity, so quit changing what you said its a FULL BOLT ON LS1 vs a 400 horse mach and its not 10 cars

A 400WHP Mach will not be 10 cars ahead of a bolt-ons LS1 after 1320 feet unless one driver is drunk. Get real. That is all.

You sir are correct. It's an LT1. Still, if he's a 6sp, they put down 270-285whp, still don't see him pulling 10-12 cars with 350whp mach. We still have 200-300 pounds on em. An auto with 273s, maybe. Like I said, auto, possibly. My auto 2.73 put down 265 stock. It was a slug out of the whole, but man, 2.73s are nice in 3rd, rofl.

And everyone changing the power around, rofl.

It's a 350whp mach according to the OP, and he said with a 75shot of juice, the guys said he should be over 400whp. So it's not 400whp N/A.

your right man.....sorry. I used 423 bc thats the only 400hp mach I know of. anytime your in ohio hit me up and I will enlighten you.

Well here I am lol.....seems to be a lot of talk going on about Mach 1's on here especially mine. Me or my brother have no reason to lie. That video you guys watched with me walking those 350 rwhp from a 40 roll was with me giving them the hit and I quit at 110 mph and I was 8+ cars out they went to 130 + mph and you saw how long it took form me to come back in to the picture. From a dig it would have been sad.....extremely sad. For instance Linn.35 that posts on here his H/C/I and geared LS-1 that made 440 rwhp N/A and ran 11.80 at 118 mph....we did a 40 roll and going into 4th I had 3+ cars on him and pulling hard when I snapped my input shaft....we also have video of that but its blurry and short. Also from a 40 roll I have beat a couple 500 rwhp Cobras that trapped 120 +. You guys are cracking hard on my nbrother when he is speaking the truth. I love Ls-1's all my friends have them my girl has a bad SS it runs great my brothers car runs very strong but LS-1's are roll cars and everybody that owns one has to agree!! Your car is definately bad *** (on the juice) and you are obviously a good driver, I just wish Ohio wasn't 6 hours away. I freakin love Mach 1's! Keep on truckin.

Ok it seems like you have a bad *** Mach. They are sweet. I just have a couple of questions for my own info. How much power do you car make N/A? I see 350 then 432. Hell maybe I'm tired so if I missed it I'm sorry. The next question is when you beat the Cobra's where you spraying your car and if so what size shot? Just curious. I once again apologize if I missed this info. To the OP good Death. Just mod up.

he makes 300 rwhp na.....and was spraying a 150 shot against the cobras. he makes 423 with the 150 shot.

Thanks for the compliments guys....its nice to see LS-1 owners and Mach owners get along it makes it more fun they are both badass cars I love both...I consider myself luck having the best of both worlds right outside my house (girls 01 SS)!! Also when i raced that Cobra I knew it was going to be close but I sprayed a 150 shot and sprayed at 1200 psi!!! I pulled 2 cars from 45-125!! I had 25 psi in my DR's and shot completely sideways, the spray hit extremely hard.

Its good to hear some MACH guys chime in as they have the cars and know how they perform, but back to the original posters question. He is a bolt on LT1 6-speed (probably makes 275-285 rwhp and 300+ rwtq) versus an N/A Mach who didnt spray but claims 400 rwhp...the thing is a difference of a little over 100 rwhp isnt going to equate to 10-12 cars, sure the Mach most definately smoked him but I bet he sprayed as again i havent seen a 400 rwhp N/A mach yet (not saying they dont exist, just saying they arent the norm), so the original poster is trying to figure out did he get sprayed, I say YES...commence arguments lol!

Well...a couple of years ago before my CAI and tune...my buddy had a 97 Z-28 A4 car it had full exhaust hot cam 3:73's CAI and tune made 285 rwhp it ran 13.30 at 104 I walked him bad from a dig 5+ cars and pulling hard from a 40 roll it was real bad. I bet I only made 285 rwhp then...we have video from then but it was from behind and I wouldnt even know where to look as like i said it was a long time ago.

Was his car broke? I went 13.4 at 104 with just intake and exhaust, stock tune, stock gears, no cam, and I'm a vert lol

Yeah a full bolt-on and a hot cammed LT1 should be in the 340-360 at least.

I dunno thats we all thought to it was an A4 car it needed stalled bad!! His tune did suck.
