Gotta give props to the 2007 on the handling and GO VETTE

They were both a half second slower than there best 0-60's...

Actually I ran 12.80 at 110.83 mph..IN HAWAII IN 80 degree weather..
And who cares..My bone stock 1999 Viper was much faster than that 2004 corvette..
And my SRT10 Viper is faster than both of them..
So you aint hurting my feelings Unit...
As a matter of fact my LS1 was the fastest bone stock LS1 in our camaro LS1 club here in hawaii bone stock..And it only ran 13.5 at 103 mph..
The fastest bone stock Cobra ran 13.2 at 108 mph
The fastest stock C5Z06 ran 12.9 at 111 mph..
So my lil 12.80 was pretty freaking decent for a 2.73 geared auto

BTW I could care less about trap speeds. I run the 1/4 and the first one through the traps wins. Which means your precious 8.3L/V10 running 11.90's would only be a tenth ahead of me at the end of the track when I had headers only (which didn't do **** the car still trapped 115). Now with a H/C/I I'm pretty positive I'd drag your *** down the 1/4.

Not to start an arguement, but hasnt there been 12.80 passes at 110 in a stock c5, and with about 100 more hp than a stock one and only running those, a cammed ls1 vette should be all over bottom 12's at a less than great track and high 11s at a good track
