Got the race I wanted Finally after about of month of trying to find a C6 (not Z06) to run I finally got one today.
It was an 06 Pearl White very pretty car. The guy was sitting on the side street talking to some people so i hit on it going by. I didnt know if hed chase or not be he caught up to me at the next light. He followed me for about a mile or so till we got to an open area. I put it in third at 3500 rpms he was in second I believe. I let him get the hit and he pulled out about a car on me then I reeled him in and by end of third had about 1/2 or 3/4 car lead on him. Guy stopped and talked said he was impressed.
Also race some Z28 dont know the mods. All I could see was exhaust. I wasnt looking for the race either he just cut me off in traffic to get infront of me at the light. The light turned green and he eased out then mashed it. I did the same passed him going partially sideways in 2nd and let off after I got ahead. He then rolled by me then started smoking like a freight train. I think he either blew a coolant hose or he blew the motor.

Yea I think I need a rebuild or mild rebuild on the bottom end. I think my rings are a bit worn getting a decent amount of smoke under full throttle. Not a big cloud but noticeable.

Did you get your car tuned? If so what kind of power is it making? You should have walked a c6 hard, a f-bod with your setup could have done the same thing you did.

Car is tuned but not totally tuned for my setup. The tune on it is for a setup close to what I have. Im taking it to tune offically next week.
Also the C6 race was only through 1 gear and I pulled almost 2 cars in that short time.
