Got beat bad

Well this is an odd story, but a humorous "race" nonetheless. I was driving my grandparents 96 Ford Explorer, cursing at about 80 or so on the freeway. Its was 10:30 at night, and off behind me i see some ******* in my lane coming up on me fast with his brights on. There was no other cars on the freeway so i i decided to change lanes and mash it. Maybe he had more momentum, i dunno, but i pulled for about 5 secs then came flying up to me. As he was walking up I was thinking "damn this explorers slow but i wonder what car that is." He slows next to me at about 95 MPH and shines a flashlight in my window, so I'm going wtf what an ***. Then i see the sheriff emblem on the door. Well needless to say i slow way the hell down then start to pull over, he does too. At about 30 MPH, he suddenly takes off and leaves me as I'm pulling over. Thankfully my heart started beating again and I crawled home. I got beat pretty damn bad...

Well thats the story, lock it if its off topic. Ill post some LS1 ones once i fix my VATS problem.

Most sheriffs wont pull you over for speeding, they arent required to write ticket to maintain their employment. Sheriffs are elected so they dont want to **** people off, btw ALL cop cars are slow as crap.

All i know is that Crown Victoria sure handled my ***. But i was driving a 6 cylinder Ford so what did i expect.

yea that might be why he took a look at your face with the flashlight.

You haven't seen any SRT8 Chargers have you? Come on down to Selma. Spend around 2-3 minutes driving here and you're almost guaranteed to see at least one.
