Run in with a new BMW 528i
On the way home I pulled up to a light with a 528i and there was a younger guy driving it and it had dealer tags on it. Well this light is typically where I take off faster than normal anyway because the road runs out and I get in the right lane and jump ahead of all the people lining up in the left lane. When the light turned I took off a little fast like I always do and this guy stays right near me and I can hear his engine is wound up so in second I nail it and I can tell he had also. I pulled about a car I guess in the rest of what was left of second and shifted into third quick but not real hard because the road had a slight bend in it. Well the rear end shot out toward the curve a little so I let out of it and let him go by and dropped in behind him. I got to turn before him and the road was straight so I waited because he looked like he was trying to get around people to come up beside me again. Well he finally gets around people and is coming up to pretty quick so Im about to downshift again when he just goes flying by me, no wave no look nothing.
Nice
Anyone know how slow those cars are? Or anything about them.

Depends on the year. Here are stats on a 2001 528 (0-60 and 1/4 mile):
2001 BMW 528i 7.8 16.1
BMW claims the 2007-08 has about a 7 second 0-60 time.
Current 528 has only 230hp at the flywheel.
Your car would crush him in a fair race. I would love to give you a run. There is a guy here in an 06 GTO but all we do is compliment each others cars because we only run into each other in heavy traffic.
