depends though...if you race it from a dig...you'll walk em...didn't you read the "Super Car Shoot Out" in GM High Tech??? The gallardo did like mid 13's....

There not that fast, low 13's you should have him no problem.

As stated above In GHTP magazine the Z06 ate both lambo and Ferrari up. The Ferrari I think only ran like a 12.8

 

the gallardo is a top speed machine I don't think you have much to worry about...

 

The Gallardo in the GMHTP was having major trans issues, and it was one of the hottest days of the year. Even the Z06 was almost a full second off it's best time. To think low 13's is going to run with a Gallardo is bad bench racing.

 

gallardo's have alot of top end performance. high revving, high output motor + low weight + low drag = high top speed.
if you race one, go from no more than 40mph. that would be my strategy anyway.

 

I would race one anyway just because they are so rare (around here at least). Win or loose.
