First of all sry no video my gf sucks at life when a camera is in her hands...
One race from a 15 roll me at 2500 him at 2000rpms
My mods are....In sig
His mods are Borla Catback and Lid and otherwise stock
we are both m6s
anyways of the hit i take about a car lead, and hold it that way until about 80(my 3-4 shift) his 2-3 where he starts slowly creeping back up and hes beside me from like 90-105 which 105 is where i go to fifth and after that he was in front about a car at 115 where we shut down....all in all good race...

A respectable death to an LS1, we are highway monsters, but it sounds like you put up quite a fight.
Your gearing and mph sounds off, though. A T56 w/ 4.10s in fourth gear should take you to 120ish. Is your tranny stock? Not that it should matter since 4th gear is 1:1.
For instance, I have an MN12 and my 3-4 shift is early because of the short 1-3 (and 5 and 6, as well), but 4th is the same as the stock tranny, so 4th is just very long in a race.

Now, you said your car pulled about a car length up until about 80, where you then shifted from 3rd to 4th.
But then you also say his 2nd to 3rd shift, or around 90mph, is when he stops your pull and starts to creep back up.
Whats confusing to me is, is the 3.42 ratio THAT much different then a 4.10, so when youre shifting into 4th, he is shifting into 3rd?
Or I am reading this clusterfuc of information wrong?

Im sry for the jumble of words. Anywayz 3.42s are a big difference from 4.10s, my cuz also has a 2k1 ws6 m6 thats BONE STOCK, and we both shift at 6k rpms...Heres about how our 1-4 shifts go
My 1st goes to 35, his 50ish
My 2nd goes to 55, his around 75 or so
My 3rd goes to 83 i believe and his like 103
My 4th goes to about 105 and his 130....and thats with us both shifting at 6k...

nah thats where it does the best at, stock bottem end is said to be good up to about 6500, and i plan on shifting it at 6200 with the new cam and p@ped heads in march...so its fine trust me this motor seems invincible "KNOCK ON WOOD".
Also before i got my headers i was shifting at 5500 and then went to 5700(or redline) with headers and then with tune ive been shifting at 6k and it pulls well up to that...

Thats all good but its the top end of the motor Id worry about not the bottom end.

adding headers and all that shouldnt justify you shifting later tho, its still the same valve train thats making the power and its still peaking at the same area it was before your mods. stock cam is a stock cam is a stock cam, they all peak the same.

idk i think the stock lt1 cam should peak around 5300 or so, so add 500 for rpm drop in shifting and u get 5800, and thats where about i shift on my 1-2 but i drag it out alittle bit on the 3-4-5 shifts also thats where it seems to run the best at the track, because if i shift any sooner id be in 4th gear in the 8th, i go through the lights at the strip at 6k in 3rd

update ran into another ls1 with just a catback on the way home from a friends getting my new n20 kit hooked up(bottle still empty), as i was leaveing his house and getting on the interstate i spot what i thought was just an lt1 z28 but i passed it and noticed it was an ls1 so i was like well time for some fun. Then as we got on the highway we paced each other for like 5 seconds at around fifty. Then bam he goes full thottle then i downshift to 3rd real quick and stop his pull and have a good solid car on him by 90 then we let off due to traffic. He never would get back up beside me...oh well...
