Are you trying to compare that supra to "high priced exotics"? IMO, that green looks neat on the lambo's, but down right silly on a everyday car. But if you like that, there's a local Civic painted the same color that has me thinking Lambo everytime I pass it.

 

Uh...not sure what post you were reading. In no shape, form or fashion did I once compare the Supra to the lamborghini or any high priced exotic. The color IS a stock lamborghini color and since he OWNS one you can probably conclude that it was where he got the color code from. What you don't understand is that is a SPECIFIC color code and can only be obtained by contacting Lamborghini. I know because one of my previous cars was painted the lambo purple.

I really doubt that's what he was trying to imply, but I also wouldn't call a Supra an "everyday car." Yes it's a Toyota, and no it wasn't an "exotic," but it damn sure isn't a common car. I see maybe 1 a week... maybe. And it's usually a non-turbo.

 

I was reading YOUR post, that's why I qouted it... You said several high priced exotics are painted that way in reference to that car... Either way it looked nasty on that supra, makes it look like cheap rice.(that local honda comes to mind)

Maybe it's not an everyday car, but I see several a week around here.

 

The whole point gentlemen, is to build our cars, all of them, to beat exotic's. Thats the point, thats the goal.

Thats what i'm looking for, an enzo to race. The day it happens, and I can pull on him,....it'll be SICK. Nothing like beating a 200-600 thouand dollar car. NADA!!!

Could also be the fact that the newest U.S. version is just about to turn 10 YRO... Still a darn nice car that has held its value really well!

 

Thats not a comparison. Only those type of cars have that color as option from the factory. So its painted LIKE them. Doesnt mean it has anything else in common with those cars but paint.

 

I can't believe guys in C5 Vette's are putting down Supras.

I'd rather own one nice STOCK turbo Supra over 2 C5 Vettes... Oh and the Supra below puts ANY VETTE in this thread to shame (looks, sound, and performance).
