Re: LS1 beat by SRT-4 OMG this things gone way too far this was a post about the SRT. Not the two popular rally cars too often associated with it. No the WRX sti was not meant for the quarter mile. Anyone that would try and make it into a drag car is an idiot, because the STI can easily be one of the best rally cars in the world. Ruining an awesome rally car by setting it up for the quarter would be pointless. As for the running circles around LS1s and doesn't it suck that a four banger can beat you. That comment and almost every other comment afterwards were completely out line IMHO. You two need to relax a little. It's not that big of a deal what some magazine, what 25psi, or any other troll on here says. It's not like anyone listens to them. So just chill.

Thanx Judd, I understand your frustration. People can't face the fact that there are 4cyl that can whoop the shiit out of an 8cyl. It's pathetic the way people think and I too admire the guy posting the kill.

8 cylinders Sure it can happen! Just get one of those 4 cylinders to beat these and I'll take notice. And no you cant say that you want to use two 4 cylinder engines.
All I have to say is that 4 cylinders are for soccer moms and teenagers who want to "pretend fast" and people who are dumb enough to sink money into them for very little hp to the dollar.
Keep them off the track for they are merely speed bumps. Great rally, economy, soccer mom cars, horrible dragsters.

Re: LS1 beat by SRT-4 After reading this post I spent all day yesterday looking for an SRT-4 but to no avail. I gues Oklahoma doesnt have them yet. 
I even went to Lawton then to Norman looking. O well I guess I have to be more patient.
