If it was an Lt1 then i believe he could have taken him with the bottle off. It seems most LT1's run low to mid 14's and I would say off the bottle you could run 13 flat With nitrous on the LT1, say cuts off a second. You could still take him by a couple of tenths. Thats only if it was an LT1

 

Even if it was an LT1 ... theres still no way hes walking a nitrous powered LT1 "like a dog in the park." Beating a car by a 10th of a second or so can in no way be confused with walking it.

If it was an nitrous powered LS1, your basically saying that you beat a low low 12 - high 11 second car, with your high 12 second car.

And you can see a purge at night? I have a purge on my car, and it comes out the front of my hood and with 20/20 vision, knowing exactly where it is, I can't see it at night while I'm moving ...

Not true. I used to purge into the motor in neutral at about 4500rpms. You'd never know I had it until I stomped your ***.

Sorry, but I don't buy your story. Good kill if it's true. A motor LS1 vs. a nitrous LS1 is nice work.

 

Whats there to be jealous of? Accept for its braking & handling, and of course the all around rigidity of the vette. But, we are talking about straight line performance here. I'll take my t/a over your vette and it's IRS any day of the week.

stock for stock i ran my 01 ws6 against a 02 c5,i lost but not as bad as i thought i would. i could'nt see you winning if he's spraying and you're not. unless you have a h/c combo. sorry,unit231 i'm with ya
