srt8 vs srt8 I raced a charger srt8 from a dig up to 140. From 0 to 100 of the race a put a car on him and by the end I was up by two cars the funny thing is I am bone stock and he has cold air and catback. He did not say any thing if he was tuned or not. Is it just me are does this happen often my car is a 300 but the cars are more or less the same as both have the same drivetrain. Some times small mods just do not seem to do alot Well other times they make a lot 
He was pretty upset that his mods set him back around 1000 bucks and he came out with the loss.

Hard to say. Did you both have the ESP fully off? Was he "autosticking"? Full tank vs. empty? Bad gas vs. good gas? It wouldn't happen that way if he had it Diablo tuned.
The SRT Engineers have said there is a 2% hp tolerance variation in the 6.1 motors.
He can't be too upset - his car looks better, sounds better and handles better though....

Talk to him today he was in autostick and he has no tune yet. should do better with the tune you would hope any how have to try him when he gets one. His car did look sick black with tint all around.
