Default Death the the germans.

Finally got to go after a porsche, it was probably a boxter, but the owner flew past me and smiled, so i let her rip and grabbed his rear bumper so fast, i was suprised! at 70mph i was pulling away fast. He was not smiling anymore, but did wave.

only porsche i would own would be a 911

Most porsche's aren't as quick in a straight line as people think. Outside of the 911 turbos and GT2/3, the other 911's (Carrera S & 4, Targa 4, etc.) and Cayman's etc. are 4.6-5.1/0-60 and mid to high 13's 1/4-mile cars. It's always nice to put one in it's place though as the owners are typically tools.

The Targa is a low 13 car from what I've seen. The turbo is a pretty quick bugger so are the GT2/3

you better be packing some serious HP if you take a run at a turbo or a GT2/3. Those things are nasty.

Oh yea, that is one nice looking car. I'm pretty sure I could run with and/or beat a turbo or a GT3, but I'd need to add some power before I took on a GT2.

I'm pretty sure you could hold your own against a Turbo, but I'm not so sure about the GT3. Your numbers on a MD or a DynoJet?
edit-just read your sig. Nice numbers. Should be around 395rwhp on a dynojet I'd say you could hold off a GT3 for a good while as well.

Win or lose I think it would be a damn good race against either one. Neither one of us would walk the other by much.

Most definitely. I have yet to see the GT3 around the track but I'm pretty sure it would hold its own there or walk away from the C6, depending on the track.

Those things really shine on a track. I don't have the Z51 package so I wouldn't like my chances there. I didn't get it because I figured I'd do other things myself (Koni FSD's, springs etc.) and get the same or better performance.
