Talking another Mach1 kill!

got jumped by another azure blue mach1 last night, maybe he thought he would show out for girl or something but anyway he slowed down and waited for me to get next to him and he signaled to race at around a 30-35 roll I said go he hit it and I walked him bye 4,5,6 cars who knows didn't really matter to me, it's just another Mach1 kill so.... thats all sorry not a thriller but same ol' song and dance for me!

last time out I ran a 7.9 1/8 but that was coasting past the finish line(no tune and spinning the BFG DR's) I have done a few tweaks since then but no track times yet but the MT DR's hook way better too bad we didn't go from a dig!

you know, on these LS1's they sure as hell do and it made a believer out of me! I raced stangs for 15 years before switching over just for the hell of it! with the TUNE and the MT DR"s it's been predicted this car will go 7.5's maybe a 7.4 on a cool day!

Well I'm running 7.6's in the 1/8th with 1.6's in the 60. with a cam stall and gears So 7.5 I call BS who ever told you that is lame. Or I just need to get to a track that gives me better #'s haha.

Awesome. That's one of the reasons I'm in here. I'm interested in an LS1 based project car sometime in the future. I still love my GT, and it will remain my street car. But I'm looking for a good strip car for down the road.

you got a turd! I know several guys down here Tejas that have ran 7.5's with just stalls, headers, and gears! cam car's get 7.2-7.3's around here just depending? maybe you either have shitty tracks or poor tuners?

Yeah could be but I ran a 12.005 @ 113 last time I was at the track Its one of the faster times in MI, I realy want to head south to a better track to find out maby hit ATCO, Track prep is crap at the track I go to.
Yes their are faster camed cars but is a 12.005 good I think I mean on a colder day for 80 to 60 could have put me in the 11's hell I dont know But I know that my car is faster than 100% of F bodys with DR's and a tune only.

I don't know about that, Omega.

My cammed, stalled, bolt-ons car seems to get out of the hole pretty good.

1.6 60"
7.60 1/8

This equaled my 11 sec run. I have stock 3.23's though.

Yeah this supports what I'm trying to say your running high 11's no way is a tuned DR Fbody going to take you at the track haha. So that means that they arnt even touching 7.6's their in the 8's in the 1/8th with maby 1.8's to 2.0 in the 60 just a guess.

I can't imagine a stock weight LS1 Fbody will hit anywhere near a 7.5 with just a stall, tune, and bolt-ons. I think someone's lying to you. Maybe they're running the juice?

Nice kill on the Mach, BTW. I'm surprised you pulled that many cars on him being in an auto, even with the stall and long tubes.

Go back to school and take a class on spelling and usage. Then when you get that down, take a class on grammar.
