have a little fun run. my friend has a firechicken and it pulls hard... he has headers, tune, cut out, lid, and all the free mods... he stayed at my door till third and i would walk him pretty hard... but the thing is strong... and we run all the time over and over... but at the track i murder his times... he runs 12.7 i run 12.3 but we frequently visit... we usually only race from a roll on the street... from a roll i dont know... my first gear is a monster

No bitching out here. I havent hardly been home all weekend. I did not race the 04 GTO as he was the one bitching out. I raced the 6.0 again and sorry no video but I can tell you that with my headers on the car now. We went from lets say 50-120maybe and I had a SOLID 2 -2 1/2 cars on him and also my windows were down the the t tops off. I had no passenger but he did. I will try to get a video this weekend but for the short amount of time I seen him and the 1 run we had that was 3 honks I did pull him ALOT better then before the headers removing the cats and the tune.
I believe all the 6.0 gto has is a flowmaster catback and a CAI and it is a A4. Hes over on LS1gto forums so I will try to get him to come over here and post up so I have a witness and what better of a witness then the driver himself.
I will TRY MY HARDEST to get this on tape this weekend if I see him again and if its nice out

In my opion the 6.0 just having a catback and a CAI isnt worth much at all.
We tryed to get a dig race off since he was on nittos and I was on a bfg drag radial but it wasnt happening
to much traffic

The Stock ls1/ls2 gtos are not as quick as people make them out to be. Yes he had a A4 so if it was a 6speed we would of maybe been dead nuts even but as far as the ls1gto is concerned they are VERY slow in stock/A4 form like my buddies

Whats up guys im the one with the LS2 A4 flowmaster muffler swap and CAI. Yes its true quadd2244 did pull a little bit but realisticly i dont beleve it was 21/2 cars. I beleve it was like 1 to 11/2 from 40-??. It was only 2 races. I want to do one from a dig. Also you do launch right on Q with the stall converter where as i have to wait till it jump to a lower gear. Not makin excuses but i do want some clean runs by our selfs...You have a verry respectable WS6, and a f!#kin sweet exhaust system. You said that the M6 would be dead even, well i raced two M6 catback CAIs, yesterday night after strats and pulled from a dig as well as a roll. Only by like 1/2 car. Also im gettin the h pipe and cut outs and then well run again. Later man....

Thanks Buddie!!! I dont remember either if it was 2 cars or so. I know you got to my back bumper which would be about a car back and then you got you fell back to maybe 2. You might be right as we cam FLYING up on traffic so fast I wasnt really looking at you as I was trying to see where the guys in front of us were going. I agree we do need clean runs with out your g/f or I can just add a passenger and see how we do from there. The car really woke up from the headers,base tune. I will maybe be down there again on friday night or maybe just saturday.
yeah my car was pretty decent stock... it had a diablo tune, tstat, ported tb and lpe... it ran 13.0 in that configuration... then lts, exhaust, plugs, wires, and intake manifold with HPE tune it dropped to a 12.3 @ 113. the car in that form had an 11.9 in it had we cut our 60' times down to say 1.6 instead of our 1.8's... the nittos suck on a 8.5" tire. and the m6 is rather inconsistent.. being a4 has its advantage... good kill quadd
Let me know if your gonna be at streets this sat mabe this time we can cruiz to strats and race on 83 its a great straight spot and when we mabe a u-turn at the end we can do a dig as well. BTW i killed a camaro Z28 today bolt ons no cats straight pipes mods really unknown didnt know him just quick questions. We went at a light and i pulled by like 5 cars + he went sideways no traction ( love the nittos) On a roll i consistently pulled to like 2 cars from 30 to 100. Also i got killed by a C6 or Z06 not sure Again i left him at the line from 0-50 but when we got on an open road he was behind me at the turn when we got on it he passed me and he pulled by like 2 cars to 115, but he got on it first. Those are sick...O and i raced a mustang GT or some V8 version from like 40 -120 i pulled by like 4-5 cars i think...

Yeah man I was down there late lastnight. Maybe like 1130+. I actually had a cobalt SS stay RIGHT next to me from like 40-80. He said he had basicly every mod he could get minus a new super charger. We went from a dig and I destroyed him by like 6 by the time I was out of 1st gear but he spun and cant launch but holy hell he was right next to me from a roll
I didnt see or HEAR!!! you there last night. i was there from like 10:00 to 2:30 with a bunch of GTO guys those are the ones i ran when we left...
I was happy with the results they thought i had a tune or something, the guy in the M6 was alone too.

No I wasnt at strats I was around streets all night. I never made it out to strats
