no hating over here man I like the Gtos and they started picking on me!! My little stock ls1 held its own pretty damn good though.

Also yes each ponie is 0.5hp so once I bump up the shift points it will give me a couple im hoping!!!!!!!

I dont know mabe im missing somethig here. Stock WS6 hummm....I thought you had LT headers into 3in pipes into a Y out the side with no mufflers or cats, as well as a dyno tune and 275s all around, with a torque converter, LS7 intake manifoldand something unknown mabe???... WTF man your making it sound like a stock WS6 beat a muffler swap CAI GTO...??? J/P its koo though you do have a verry nice car i just want another good run after i get my H-pipe and cut outs already ordered them.. Do you think ill benifit some or no. I really got them for sound i was inspired by your ear bleading exhaust tone damn i love that sound!!!!

 

not too much benefit.. get the pacesetter headers and off road pipes to go with them... with a good tune it will definetly run great... i dont run mufflers at the track. only my pacesetters and h-pipe all the way back to the axle... if you want the sound of that setup check my vids here http://www.youtube.com/user/thatb0yvic all the vids at the track are with bolt ons only... so you can get an idea


when i run mufflers i run like a 12.5-12.4 @ 111mph when i run no mufflers i run 12.3 @ 113 so thats just my results through an m6

 

Naw man my mods are honestly basicly just longtubes and the small converter which does not help from a roll I dont think and a lid.
I think you really need to get a set of headers,converter, and that car should be in the 12s easy

BTW when your rolling around at night and the only one on the streets LOUD exhaust is not your best friend when it comes to the cops. If you lay into it it can be heard from a long distance away

1. GTO's have true dual on ALL years. Therefore we have Xpips or H pipes. What the hell is a Y pipe? Is it like an O pipe or blinker fluid?

2. No GTO's of any year, including the old goats, have a "lid". CAI? Which is it lid or cai? Or did this "race" ever actually occur?
