Why? He obviously didn't buy the car to race in a straightline. S2000 is in the top 3 of the most fun/best handling cars I've ever driven. And I haven't driven everything, but I have driven quite a few cars. Hard.

Ah, memories. I only got to race two dif S2000s but it was not even close.
Another car that people are stupid about that own them is the Crossfire. I know a guy that is cool that owns one but I always had guys in crossfires messing with me. I didn't mind teaching them a thing or two LOL.

I thought it would be a whole lot closer than that. That was embarrassing for the Honda. Definately no match for the LS1 in a drag race anyhow.

I'm not saying that the way he was driving would have made any difference in THIS race, but it might make a big difference in any future races of his. They're not LS1-fast, but they not *slow* cars either.

I dont see why he needed to do it 2 more times after been destroyed like that.

Honda S2000 are just slow;no torque too. This car might be fun to drive a bit because its a roadster, but you need more power to have fun.

I disagree. If you drive the way the car was intended to be driven (always in the right gear, keeping momentum) it is VERY fun. Are 600-750cc motorcycles less fun just because liter bikes have more power?

Thats a good way to put it. I think the S2000 is a very fun car to drive in the twisties. Its boring as all hell in a straight line though. You have to drive it like a 600cc bike....keep it wound up ALL the time.

my buddies 06 sti put buses on a turbo s2000, and i put buses on him, so i generally dont waste my time with them =X
