Cobra vert was pathetic Well on the way home last night with the girl I see 94-98 mustang headlights with round foglights on in the rear view. Oh hell, here we go! I tell my g/f a Cobra is behind us. Now I was driving her Mach so I knew it would be a decent run since her car only has exhaust done to it. He gets next to me and he has his window down. He can't go anywhere because of the car in front of him but I downshift at his door and give him an ear full. 
He takes the bait and jumps in behind me and stays on my ***. We are going down the road and I'm praying we catch a red. Well we did catch a redlight but it turned green right as we got to it. 
I still downshifted into 1st at about 10mph and stayed on the brakes. He got the hint and we went from about a 5mph roll. He punched it first then I followed. He pulled about a carlength on me since he car started spinning. I hit 2nd and it spun for a while more but I stopped his pull. After it caught traction in 2nd I was slowly gaining on him and I could tell he had an exhaust. I slammed 3rd gear and walked on by him. I had about 2 carlengths on him by the top of 3rd. 
He got next to me again and wanted some more but there was no way in hell he would even come close so I decided to spare him. Damn them slow Mustangs!

I see a girl a couple of times a week on my way in to work driving a nice Azure Blue Mach. I have only caught her once while in my SS(DD a Ranger) and we threw a few revs at each other. Hopefully one day Ill acutally be able to stop and talk to her. What mods does your girls car have?

And it was pretty sad a guy in a modded DOHC Cobra couldn't outrun a Mach 1 that had traction issues, little mods, and another person in the car.
His driving was ok, nothing to brag about. Mine however is pretty spot on.

Actually I can say I had a girl like that. 5spd DSG mach 1 modded with 300rwhp. She REFUSED to have an auto, saying they are for pussies. She was researching Chargers for it at one point.
But, the car and the girl are gone..........I miss the car though.
