The biggest problem with GT500 owners is they just slap a new blower on it or a pulley+bolt ons and don't ever bother changing the crap tires out.
Nice run. Sounds like one of the smaller KB's and a couple bolt-ons for a 122mph trap

The biggest problem I see is that alot of the new GT500 owners are doing mods to bump up HP and they don't spend much time at the track. They'll go once every few months or something and make a handful of passes. It's just their toy, and they don't take the time to get good at putting it down the strip. The serious guys do get it done though. The first 500 I saw in the flesh was at the track. He put down an 11.5 with just LT's, offroad x-pipe, and some meaty DR's. Stock pulley. He was pretty good at bangin the gears though.

Most KB GT500's I've seen are dyno queens. 700rwhp on stock tires/suspension isn't going to help much.

FWIW, I've seen a bone stock GT500 run 12.2@118mph. So a KB Shelby running 12's is embarrassingly slow.

And 2.8L is the only sized KB available for the GT500; not exactly small.

Beautiful Stang's man
And I thought they had a 2.6L KB as well for the GT500?
I want one with the 3.4L Whipple
