Re: anyone in mo area? oh sorry, i havent posted here b4 hit the wrong key i wasn't done wit my kill. i put a whoopin on a 2000 t.a. that runs 13.3s at 105 mph. we went from a stop so i gave him the hit. He did real good for about the first 1/8 mile. i wanted to say i was very impressed with the way the ls1 cars run.

Maybe after the 1/8th mile he thought the race was over. 
You should get one of those LS1 cars since your so impressed with them and get rid of that slooow ford. :p

I haven't has the car to a 1/4 mile track yet but it has ben down the 1/8 a few times. i had braking problems (4wheel drum) so i was shuttin down early. but it managed to run 7.4 at 97mph, a 7.50 at 89mph, and 7.2 at 82mph. it has 2 stages n.o.s. a fogger and a cheater plate. the mid to low 7's were from a single stage. i shut it down about 500ft out each pass so i could get it to stop. it had 3.70 gears and 28x10.5x15 et. drags on alumastar welds.

those 69 vettes are badass. a buddy of mine had a 71 350, and it flew. i cant even imagine how fast that 427 is

u should get a front disk conversion then. i think u can get a good 1 thru that muscle mustangs and fast fords mag
