Dyno numbers don't mean much. 508 rwhp on a Mustang dyno combined with a 3100 lb car with optimal gearing and a stout power under curve will yield to a strong car..

yeah that was 35RWHP ago, and alot more then that under the curve if you compare the dyno charts. and thats at LESS boost to boot. that run (his only sub 11.5 sec. run that ended our day since no roll cage) was a 1.80 60 foot time, so yes, ton bolt leaving pretty soft. def. trying NOT to break his rear end on my one pass at the track in his car. it was also a damn hot day also. not the day you want for a boosted car. I told him last year I bet it would prolly dip into the very high tens if you had better gear (3:73 would be my ideal gear for his car) AND could launch as hard as the car is capable of doin. add in some lightweight wheels and it would hang the wheels for sure. as I mentioned before, dennis' car (as well as fadi's) is not set up for drag racing. its just a fun street car that can do it all and has power to spare. unless your comparing it to fadi's car . did I also mention his car stops damn good too. from about 150 to 75mph in .8 seconds. hahaha.

Would like to see the cammed Z06 race against some heavy hitters. No disrecpect to whiplash but, the outcome wasn't a surprise. I was actually surprised that the camaro did as well as it did, being that where talking about a car that STOCK traps near 130mph(125-129)(Z06)...and this one happens to have a camshaft and supporting mods.

In other words, race the camaro from a DIG,....or roll race some quicker cars.

Again, no disrespect but,....i'd really like to see a side by side race with THAT Z06....

Thanks, but a stock Z06 doesn't trap anywhere near 130 in the real world. My previous Z06 was definitely one of the stronger ones, and I never was able to trap above 125.6 mph in it. That was on a 65* day and optimal conditions. The mph you are talking about might be achievable at Atco raceway, with a negative DA, at sea level, with a professional driver. That is about the only time a Z06 will trap higher than 126 mph in stock trim.

I will be more than happy to race the Camaro from a dig once I get tires. No use of even trying with street tires and 470 rwtq in a 3000 lb car.

Well Fadi and Dennis I just got to see the race. Both cars sound AWESOME !! That damn Zo6 just pulls like a mule on STEROIDS. Damn. Nice try whplash and your car really moves with the extra power, but the starting points don't exactly favor your a4, if you decide to go to a built rear you might consider 3.42, 3.73 vs 3.23 gears. It sure would help you get moving quicker. Good races fellas. Fadi, I think Dennis would have you from the dig even with tires. JMO though. Again good races !!!

Had to watch the vid again. Man those cars sound good.

Different starting speeds or dig races and Dennis you'll do better. Not sure if it would give you the WIN but it would be closer. Think about gears bro.

I ran a vette motor to motor from a 45 roll and he got me pretty good. I didn`t get to run from a dig to see what would happen. My car is heavy as **** 3750 with the cage, I`m 215. Now when I sprayed from a 50 roll it was differant, lol! But vettes roll out big time with less power! Nice runs fellas! Our auto`s suck from a high roll!!!!

Yup, it was wild. I saw him when I was going like 130 and just got on the brakes hard. When I passed him, it looked like we were just cruising at normal speeds. That was a CLOSE CALL.
