camaro Kid. Going from a dig doesn't mean anything. There are more excuses from a dig than there would be from a punch. Doing a 30 or 40 punch would clearly show who had more power. Have you ever been in a front wheel drive car, that is pushing in excess of 400hp? Anyway, they where on the freeway so it would pretty dumb to stop in the middle of it.

Re: I got beat You dont get my point do you? I highly doubt either one of them at the time where setup with slicks,vht, or any other typical form of dig racing. Would you want to run an all wheel drive car in the rain? Thats basically what a front wheel drive car is with 400+hp. Like I previously said, going from a punch would better suit there situation at the time.(hint freeway run)

But now the kid is talking mad **** about how he beat me so bad. The second time we raced I beat him if he wants to get technical about it because he missed a gear. Little bitch.

Well I can see if you build a car to be fast from a roll if you do a lot of freeway driving and you get most or all of your races there. Otherwise from a dig is the best.

Next. Run from a dig. No excuses, THAT is what a drag race is. For once 25psi is correct, that a highway roll WILL show you whose car has more power ... but thats not what racing is about. Racing is the whole package, car + driver + traction etc.
If he doesn't want to race you from a roll, call him a ***** 100 times until he either folds, or tells everyone how badly he beat you from a roll, and that your just scared to do it again.
As soon as he says that, jump on it. Be like "okay, fine then ... we'll go from a roll"
Make sure your bottle is nice and hot and Start the race at like 4,000 rpms of second gear rolling ... tell him your going to race to like 100-120ish.
Have everyone watching as you spray the **** outta him. (btw, no 150 shot ... maybe 100 or so would be PLENTY)... you dont want to hurt your car with all those people watching, especially since you wont have the chance to get used to the nitrous in less then a week.
Watch him vanish in your rearview as you wave, and everyones watching. Bragging rights for you forever.

Re: I got beat Just talked to the local F-body shop today. Turns out this guy makes a habit out of pickin on F-bodies. They said he beat a couple of guys that come there. So now a local guy with built motor and turbo in a formula is lookin for him so.... we will see how that turns out I have a feelin he is going to get whats coming to him
