so im driving with a couple of friends and end up beside an '07 GT. he rolls down the window and says "whatcha got in it?" i informed him a had a stock LS1 with CIA and he asked if i wanted to run em. i said yes but u will get beat and he just kept smarting off. light turned green, i smoked him. i slowed down to see if he had anything to say. he said "that ain't an LS1." i just drove off. didnt feel like arguing with a dumbass

 

ive beat a stock 05 GT easly with out a problem and mine at the time only had intake exhaust done, the newer once arent too hard to beat with a bad driver. i wonder if a better driver would have made a difference.

 

i just thought it was funny how he argued with me saying i didnt have an stock LS1 (stock at the time). he said i had something better than an LS1. i love how mustang owners with their stock 4.6 think they are the **** hehe

I remember when I first got mine the wires arched real bad and it'd sputter something awful. I ran a newer GT one night on the way to school and got my *** handed to me. He jumped me twice, but I couldn't stop his pull. She ran a 13.4 after fixing the sputter.

yep as stated he was a TERRIBLE driver then. i murder stock foxbody gt's and i have bone stock new edge gt 5 spd...and new gt's are faster than me.

i raced a 5.0 foxbody...not sure if it was stock and he hit it while he was already ahead of me so i hit late and was at least a car or two ahead by the end of second.
