i thought he would have nitrous but no he hates it calls it cheating lol.so im sure he wont have spray but i will. oh dont lock this thread i will give u guys a vid i promise. its weird my car came with its current mods but i dont know them all. and i think it has more than meets the eye. my best friend went with him last time and he gunned it he said no were near my pull. so i think my car has what it takes but the juice is 4 insurance. plus the obvious blowing his doors off lol.

 

all right guys my trannys out yesterday i gave it 2 the guy whos rebuilding it it going 2 be good. but change of plans were running n/a 2 n/a because he just started talking about motor 2 motor hes the superior one. but 4 some reason my hearts says i can take him. so video will be up really soon.

i got my car the way it is so i dont now 100% of the mods. but last time i was pulling him pretty good then the tranny took a giant **** on me. but its got 2 the point were its my pride on the line.

 

Money > pride. If he beats you, he takes your money and bruises your ego. It's pretty easy to figure out what mods you have... just look over your car.

 

he probably knowss that u will spray... i mean he got more mods, and all of a sudden you wish to race a less modded car for money?? he will suspect something... or will probably spray too...

 

Even with 100 shot you'll probably lose. Those 3.73's make a world of difference. Yeah your being hustled. And spraying on a stock tune with nitrous is not a smart move. Motor go boom.

 

I doubt anything would happen with a couple bolt-ons and a 100 shot on the stock tune. He should be fine.

 

probably not but running the car on stock tune with headers causes the car to run rich, adding a 100 shot is still not a safe thing to do especially without a tune, if he backfires kiss the manifold and maf bye-bye along with 1500 bucks worth of pride. why risk something that can be avoided?

Yes it will run rich on a stock tune with bolt ons. How is that a problem on a 100 shot? He would be fine spraying a 150, as long as it is before the maf, if his fuel holds up.

Now to the OP. Seems foolish to run him at his game. Run for pride, that's cool. 1500 bucks is, well alot of mod money. I still doubt this will happen. And if it does I doubt you will lose money because it wont be bet. The guy can't be to much of a hustler with a bolt on Z28. LOL But, if this does go down. Video the money being held. Must be 1500 each and I will owe you an apology. Other than that, This thread is garbage.

lol yesterday he told everyone he smoked me and my trannys at hedricks chevrolet getting the rebuild lmao. but how do i know what kind of gears i have i want 2 check them. trust me guys this will happen and if he doesnt back down from putting money on it im getting 110 octane and a 100 shot

 

Get under your car with the back tires off the ground. Have someone turn your back wheel while you mark the drive shaft with a pen. That will give you a good idea of what you have. 1 turns should equate to 3.42 turns of your drive shaft if you have 3.42 gears and so on for a different gear.
110 is over kill and will **** up more than it will help. 91 or 93 is just fine and you O sensors will live through that. 110 you stand a chance of burning them out. I would not change a thing other than your spray. If you must do something, I would put a inline fuel pump in for just incase.
