The turbo that Steiner posted is a GT3582. I'm not sure about the car resemblance though?

Well the guy who posted the vid could be off on the specs, but 7 seconds in, that looks to be the same housing that Steiner posted. Both florida Evos, running anti-lag and a 2-step. Color looked close too.

I didn't realize the second Evo was from FL, the tag looked like an NJ tag to me. The wing is different, no badges on the OP video, exhaust looks different. I doubt it's the same car.

Yeah, could be two separate cars, but it was a year since that video I linked to was posted.

I don't think that's the same car from the start of the thread. There were a few small differences I noticed right away. FWIW, that's also a nightmarishly horrible 1/4 mile time for a stroked 37r. With a decent tune and an average 60ft time that kind of setup should be deep into the 11's all day. With a good driver 10's should be expected...if not better.

Lying, misleading or simply not disclosing your mods FTL. This is a street racing not WRC, F1 or anything like that. Unless there's a risk of intellectual property or something proprietary being stolen I don't understand the need for secrecy. With the exception of MAYBE the exhaust manifold or heads, I doubt anything under the hood is a "one-off". Video of those types of projects usually comes from the side of a track or from inside the cabin.

Makes for a nice lightshow on the track at night too.

he didn't WOT shift therefore it won't pop between shifts

Don't know what you want me to say. If it was my car, I wouldn't have a problem disclosing the mods. Street racing isn't that big of a deal to me, but to some people it is. Who am I to say they are wrong?

No no you don't have to defend him. I'm not blaming the messenger. Didn't mean for it come across like that.

BTW...What have you done to your STi? I almost pulled the trigger on a white on gold STi back in '05 when I bought my Evo. Now the Evo has been retired to weekend warrior status and my daily is a Legacy GT. Trying to fight the mod bug but I wanna hear some boxer rumble. Thinking about something conservative like a custom tune and some Prodrive cans.

Wow, swaybars close to the same size w/ the rear being larger? Is this to help compensate for the tendency of AWD to push in the corners?

I've got a 32 front and 19 rear. Any more than that on the back end of my car and I'm an organ donor

When I used to own a few FWD cars, I would run a larger rear sway bar with a stock front one.
