Haha so I am up at Penn State and an alumn Penn State Car Club member has a buick regal with engine swap, built up motor with cam and the works, turbo, and stock exhaust with cutout (ultimate sleeper). He says it puts down roughly ~440 fwhp. I wanted to see it in action so we went for a little drive on the highway with a follow car to keep traffic away (closed the road haha).
The first one we went from a 60.... bad news for me cuz i have no top end power and i was at like ~3k rpm's, i hammered it pulled a centimeter heard a turbo spool and saw tailights in a second.
Race number two was a 40 roll but ended up turning into a 50 roll by the time the third honk went off. I was at roughly 4800 rpm's so yeah my shift came up on me quite fast. I pulled prolly about a car or little over and then turbo spooled up and flew past me prolly right as i shifted outta third to fourth gear. He didn't want too much in the 100's so we shut it down fairly early.
All in all it is quite what i expected me with full exhaust, lid, filter vs a 440 hp car there is only soo much i can do. Cam, UD pulley, and Oil pump going in october which will give me more top end to keep up so i will have round 2 posted in a little while when that gets put in!!

I don't know what year regal it was but it wasn't a t-type, or grand national. He said that his year was a non turbo year but he swapped engines and put a turbo on it. I salute him for having a good built sleeper car. And yes SlowFRC i'm sure MyWS6 woulda beat him but i am not him, i do not have a built 408 nor do i even have a built 346. Spray is not on my car so yea... You didn't do to well against him either slick!!

"99 Buick Regal - custom T62 | mild engine build | cam |A/A I/C | built tranny | cutout | KYB | lots of stuff | 447 whp @ 20.5psi on mustang dyno"
That is his sig on our car forum so those are the direct mods. I never turn down a race, it's fun regardless especially against a well built car like that. I can't wait to get the cam in and see how well i can keep up against him. Only difference in his mod was he was runnin 17 psi not 20.5.
