Default Adjustable suspension parts

First off, why do you need adjustable ones? If you are an all stock chasis and drivetrain car then there shouldnt be a purpose right? Also is there a chance that the nut on the adjustable part vibrate its way one way or the other?

My rear end was off center by 13/16" toward the passenger's side, I used the panhard bar to fix this. My left rear is closer to the front than the right rear, the LCAs will fix that.
And no, there are locknuts to keep anything from moving. Well worth the money, AFAIAC.

most rear ends are not centered from the factory in my experience
