Default New hawk has an issue

Ok I recently acquired a 2000 Firehawk(since Hurricane Ike took my 96 TA). To my problem when I get on the car hard and then just let off, the car walks around, also the car will walk around slightly when I brake. The front tires are worn on the inside edge. Do y'all think this is just from bad tires or should I have the alignment checked out too(course the alignment probably caused the uneven wear). I already checked wheel bearings and tie rod ends and they seemed ok. Also I ruled out the brakes because it jumps around more when I just take my foot off the pedal and don't use the brake. Anyhow I have just never experienced this so figured I'd ask.

First, new tires and an alignment. Then go from there.

Clearly, the alignment is off. I would approach it in two steps. First, take it to a shop to make sure that there are no parts that need to be replaced. If everything is fine, replace the tires. At the same shop, have an alignment done before you drive it. I suspect you will find a world of difference.
