Default Spring install write up

Anyone have a link to a write up for installing the front and rear springs? LS1 how to is down, for good it looks like, and searching around here thast the only write up I can find. Thanks all, someone shoot me a link!

bump. im curious as well. a place quoted me $460 for installing springs and alignment, and that doesn't include the spring cost.

i also talked to a guy at autozone that has the part needed for the front that costs $50 to rent (returning it gives all money back). but he said the rear just "bolted" out. that doesnt sound right to me.

for the rears jack up car and support it so the rear can hang without anything touching it, pull out spring and install new one...its that easy for the rear. the fronts well its a bit harder, you will need a spring compressor and alot of patients. i did the rear last weekend, the fronts i will be doing over the next few weeks as the car is in hibernation, so im not in a hurry.when doing the fronts it is a good idea to change the shocks aswell since they are off the car.

i dont have the exact info on the fronts as i havent done them in a few years, but they are a pita thats all i remember lol and a spring compessor is needed but can be rented from autoparts places for free
